Billing Data We Process

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes in our application database.

Stored Billing Metadata

We store limited billing metadata needed for account operations, such as subscription status, plan key, processor customer ID, and event history used for support and entitlement enforcement.

Retention and Access

Billing records are retained for operational, compliance, and audit needs. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and monitored through admin activity logging.

Social Import Data

When you import from social links (such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok), we process the URL and metadata returned by those providers so we can create editable recipe drafts inside your account.

User Data Deletion

You can delete your account from profile settings when signed in. We also provide Meta/Facebook deletion instructions at https://eat.ernstfoods.com/facebook/data-deletion.
