Ernst Kitchen engineering targets WCAG 2.2 AA for public and authenticated web workflows. Where legal requirements specify WCAG 2.1 AA, that remains our minimum floor.

Known Limitations

• Some legacy admin tables still require additional screen-reader labeling improvements.
• Select modal and dropdown interactions are under active keyboard-regression hardening.
• Third-party embedded media may have delayed caption/transcript availability.

Submit an accessibility issue report using our public intake form. Include the page URL, assistive technology used, and exact steps.

Response Commitments

• Sev-1 (blocked access): mitigation within 48 hours.
• Sev-2 (major friction): fix target within 14 days.
• Sev-3 (minor issue): scheduled in sprint planning.
